Broncos in the AM

Program overview

Broncos in the AM is a 5-week program for individuals to increase repetitions and time with their ball in their hands. Focusing on individual skills, such as dribbling, shooting and purposeful movement. This program is specifically designed to push our current VJBL athletes in order to perform at an elite level.

Term 4 Dates and Costs

Session Time: 6:30AM – 7:40AM 

*Limited to 12 participants

Date: Wednesdays 1 November – 29 November (5 week program)

Venue: Broadmeadows Basketball Stadium
