On-court physical and off-court mindset and theory.

U12s: Friday 20th Jan, 9am-11am

30 mins theory, 1.5 hours on court

$30 + fees = $31.25

U14s: Monday 23rd Jan, 9am-12pm

1 hour theory and discussion, 2 hours on court

$30 + fees = $31.25

U16s & U18s: Monday 23rd Jan, 12.30pm-4.30pm

2 hours theory, discussion, mindset, 2 hours on court

$40 + fees = $41.50

SHOOTING CLINIC

Working on shooting form and technique.

U12s: Friday 20th Jan, 11.30am-1pm

$20 + fees = $21.00

U14s: Friday 20th Jan, 1pm-3pm

$25 + fees = $26.13

U16s & U18s: Friday 20th Jan, 3pm-5pm

$25 + fees = $26.13
