Sunday Skill Sessions are for rep players looking to get ahead of the curve, through small group workouts with players of similar age and ability on Sunday afternoons. 
These workouts are designed to be challenging and competitive, with a high degree of in-game application underpinning everything players will be working on. 
Sessions will utilise skills breakdowns, engaging small-sided games and film analysis, to really help players improve their technical skills, basketball IQ and overall confidence. 
These trainings will be run by Basketball Development Officer Tane de Silva and will be capped at 8 players max.
